What was done
Development of a capture screen designed for the field, usable with gloves and in bright sunlight: integrated photo capture (leaf or cluster), automatic GPS position retrieval upon opening, intelligent pre-filling of the plot and grape variety based on geographical proximity to previous records, stage selection with progress percentage for key phases (budburst, flowering, veraison), and automatic draft saving during entry.
Client benefit
A complete record — photo, stage, sanitary status, position — is completed in less than 30 seconds, with one hand on the vine. Geolocation and pre-filling eliminate re-typing: you photograph, you adjust, and it's saved. Photo evidence and GPS position make every observation indisputable and retrievable, even months later.
