API connection to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
What was done
We connected the official APIs of the three networks with clean permission management:
- OAuth authentication by network, automatic token refresh, and alerts before expiration;
- publishing to the Facebook page, the professional Instagram account, and the estate's LinkedIn page, with target selection at the time of drafting;
- adaptation of content to each platform's constraints (length, hashtags, managing the link in the text rather than as a card when a visual is published);
- retrieval of publication IDs to find each post from the back-office.
Client benefit
The estate publishes to its three networks from a single screen, without reconnecting to each platform and without rewriting its message three times.
Results achieved
Une publication multi-réseaux se prépare en une seule passe ; les ruptures de connexion, auparavant invisibles, sont désormais signalées avant qu'une programmation ne tombe à vide.
