What was done
Each batch has its own action list with deadlines, done/overdue marking, and a calendar view of the entire cellar.
Access is managed precisely: the estate, the cellar team, and the consultant oenologist in guest access, with validation of new accounts.
Client benefit
Tracking becomes collective: no one forgets a malo inoculation or a density check, and external consultants provide advice based on up-to-date data without calling the cellar. The estate maintains control over who sees what.
