Import of lab analyses via AI reading of PDFs
What was done
Laboratory analysis reports arrive as PDFs. The application automatically reads them using AI: it extracts the registration number, sample reference, matrix, vintage, and all results.
All that remains is to link each sample to its batch and tank, add a comment, and, if needed, directly create actions to be taken.
Client benefit
What used to take half an hour of re-entry becomes a thirty-second validation. Analysis results are no longer locked in a PDF: they live alongside the readings and operations of the relevant tank.
