What was done
Every intervention is recorded with its standardized type (sulfiting, pumping over, punching down, stirring, yeasting, devatting, pressing, malo inoculation...), its tank, dose, operator, and comment.
An internal note option allows the estate team to record remarks that are not visible to external parties.
Client benefit
The estate has a reliable digital cellar book: we know who did what, when, on which tank, and at what dose. This is invaluable when making technical decisions and essential for inspections or questions regarding past vintages.
