Data collected and purposes

  • Quote request: first name, last name, company, business email, phone (optional), project description, area of interest (optional), page of origin. Purpose: to answer your request and send you a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
  • Contact form: first name, last name, email, company, subject, message. Purpose: to answer your message. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive.
  • Newsletter: email, chosen frequency, topic and language. Purpose: to send you the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • GEO Radar: address of the website to analyze; at the end of the analysis, email to receive the report and a checkbox to receive our recommendations; company name detected on the analyzed site; analysis results. Purposes: to run the scan and send you the report; if you ask for it, to send you our recommendations. Legal bases: your request (pre-contractual steps) for the scan and the report; your consent for the recommendations, given through an unticked checkbox and confirmed by a confirmation email (double opt-in).
  • Booking a call: slots are booked through Google Calendar, under Google's privacy rules.

Retention periods

  • Prospects (quote, contact, GEO Radar): 3 years from the last contact, then automatic deletion.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, or at the latest 3 years after your last open or click. After you unsubscribe, only your email address is kept on a suppression list, so that we no longer write to you.
  • Clients: for the duration of the relationship, then the legal periods (accounting records: 10 years).

Recipients

The BRANDEPLOY and Good Morning AI teams, and our technical processors: website hosting Lovable, Supabase database, email delivery Lovable, audience measurement Google Analytics, contact management tool CRM Brandeploy, BRANDEPLOY's in-house tool. Your data is never sold or rented.

Transfers outside the European Union

Google Analytics may transfer data to the United States; these transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Google's data processing terms (European Commission standard contractual clauses). The Supabase database is hosted within the European Union (Ireland). Lovable, which provides the hosting platform, states that its providers may process data in other countries, including the United States (see its privacy policy at lovable.dev/privacy).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent. Write to jb.duquesne@brandeploy.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies and audience measurement

The site uses Google Analytics to measure its audience. These cookies are only set with your consent, collected through the banner shown on your first visit; you can withdraw it at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work do not require consent. Maximum cookie lifetime: 13 months.
