A configurable reminder cycle that says who to follow up with, when, and how
What was done
Each client is configured with their payment terms, payment method, and sector (wine shop, restaurant, hotel, wholesaler, export, etc.). Based on the actual due date, the tool calculates the delay and places the client in a reminder cycle: first reminder, confirmation reminder, escalation.
The worklist is sorted by priority — amount at stake, age of delay, date of the last reminder — and visually signals clients to be contacted now as well as those already contacted recently, to avoid duplicates.
Client benefit
The sales rep no longer has to decide for themselves where to start: they open their outstanding balance view and process a pre-prioritized queue. Debt collection becomes a 10-minute daily task instead of a monthly ordeal.
Results achieved
- Automatically prioritized reminder queue
- Payment term rules by client and by sector
- No more duplicate reminders between sales reps and sales administration
